Camp Charm Travel and Event Permission Form

To the parents or guardians of Camp Charm attendees:

We are delighted to announce that we will be holding our annual supervised Camp Charm on-site and off-site travel activities this June 24 - 28, 2026. Kindly read the details and fill in the permission form by clicking "NEXT" in the upper right hand corner. Submissions are due by June 4th, 2026.

Light Breakfast, Lunches, and Dinner (during Gala) will be provided. It can be helpful to have a small backpack for their personal items. This is for both their safety and enjoyment of their trips.
