Charmette Cecily Robinson-Duffie has been a member of The Charmettes for 33 years. She has served as National Parliamentarian, National Legal Advisor, and as her Chapter's President. Her outstanding service was noted when she was awarded the 2019 Eunice W. Thompson Award of Merit, the highest honor within the organization. Charmette Robinson-Duffie holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctorate from Nova University.  She is in private practice as a real estate and probate attorney. Charmette Cecily is the daughter of a Charmette.

She and her husband are the parents of 5 children.

Charmette Wanza Sermons-Lee has been a member of The Charmettes for 34 years.  She has served as National Executive Director and National Parliamentarian and as her Chapter's President.   Dr. Sermons-Lee earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Clothing & Retailing from Florida A&M University, a Master's Degree in Mathematics Education, a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, and a Doctorate in Education in Instructional Leadership.  She was employed as an educator in the Palm Beach County Public Schools.  Charmette Sermons-Lee is honored to have been mentored by one of our founders, as well as a charter member.

Charmette Mandisa Jones has been a member of The Charmettes for 11 years and has served as National Assistant Secretary and as President of her Chapter.  She holds a Bachelor of Science from Alabama A & M University, a Master of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University.  She is the owner of Jones PT: Physical Therapy and Training in the Greater Atlanta area.  Mandisa is the daughter of a Charmette and the mother of one son.

Charmette Janice London has been a member of The Charmettes for 21 years.  She has served as National Assistant Secretary and Interim National Reporter and has served as her Chapter's President.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in in Sociology and Psychology from the University of South Florida. Janice retired after 31 years of service with the City of Tampa Government – Department of Administration where she held several positions including Training & Development Specialist, Personnel Analyst, Minority Business Development Specialist and Safety & Ergonomics Specialist.  She is widowed and the mother of one daughter.

Charmette Leila Bailus has been a member of The Charmettes for 12 years.  She has served as her Chapter's President, Secretary and Parliamentarian. She was her chapter's 2022 Gwendolyn Baker Rodgers Spirit Award recipient. Charmette Bailus holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Howard University and is Chief Financial Officer at BGMG (Bailus Goulbourne Management Group), a family business.   She is the proud granddaughter and mentee of a former National Treasurer and is the mother of one daughter.

Charmette Janice Y. Williams has been a member of The Charmettes, Incorporated for 35 years.  She has served as National Sergeant-at-Arms and as her Chapter's President.   Charmette Williams graduated from Indian River State College and recently retired as a Teacher Recruitment Specialist in the St. Lucie County School District after 35 years.  She is an Executive Board member of the Restoring the Village Education Committee.  Charmette Janice and her husband are the parents of two children.

Charmette Felicia Armstrong has been a member of The Charmettes for 28 years.  She has served as National Parliamentarian and as her Chapter's President.  Charmette Armstrong obtained a Bachelor of Science from Bethune-Cookman University and a Master of Science from Nova Southeastern University.  She is a retired Sergeant of the Broward Sheriff's Office.  She is a Registered Parliamentarian, credentialed by The National Association of Parliamentarians, a member of the Florida State Association of Parliamentarians and Broward-Palm Beach Parliamentarians.  Charmette Armstrong is the daughter, niece, and sister of fellow Charmettes. She is married and has three children.

Charmette Cerita Battles has been a member of The Charmettes, Incorporated for 28 years and has served as a National Seminar Presenter and as her Chapter's President.  She earned her Bachelor's in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is currently the Managing Director, Head of Community & Affordable Lending at JPMorgan Chase. She was recognized as one of the “Most Powerful & Influential Women” by the State of Florida’s Diversity & Leadership Council.  Charmette Battles is also an ordained minister and reverend at St. Paul A.M.E. Church in St. Augustine, Florida where she is the executive leader for the ministerial team. She is the daughter of a Charmette.  She and her husband are the parents of one daughter.

Charmette Audre’l Davis-Jones has been a member of The Charmettes for 12 years.  She has served as National Historian and as her Chapter's President.  She has studied Fashion Design and Merchandising at Miami-Dade College and The American College for the Applied Arts in Atlanta.  She is an ordained minister in the Christian Methodist Episcopal denomination and is an author and Advocate against Domestic Violence. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Battle Scars Ministries, Inc. Charmette Davis-Jones is married and is the mother of two children.

Charmette Angela Douglas has been a member of The Charmettes for 13  years, during which she has served as Vice-President, Historian, and Assistant Secretary of her chapter.  Her undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and she obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.  She is employed by Regional One Health and is the Pharmacy Director for the Shelby County Health Department in Memphis.  Charmette Douglas is daughter and sister of fellow Charmettes.  She and her husband have two children.

Charmette Aurelia K. Alexander is a 26-year member of The Charmettes.  She serves as the Treasurer of her Chapter and has served as Co-Chairman of their signature Debutante Presentation and Ball for more than 20 years.  She was in the inaugural class to receive the Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy at Florida A & M University and has also earned a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Boston University and an Occupational Therapy Doctorate from Chatham University.  She is an Associate Professor at Florida A & M University School of Allied Health.

Charmette Catherine D. Lewis has been a member of The Charmettes for 31 years.  She has served as National President and National Secretary and as her Chapter's President. She is a graduate of Columbia College and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School.  She is the owner of Resources Connections.  She and her husband are the parents of two children.
